Minecraft Community Events - Fight Club, Horse Racing and Defend the Castle
If our community didn't already have enough fun, some members decided to run awesome funny events inside "Chaos" Server, which seems people loved. Funded with love, time, money and effort by them, without "project funds". These gaming/community sessions even had huge rewards and prizes.
They are normally streamed on Moonsama's Official Twitch:

Fight Club
This is where everything started. Community members were having fun, testing Moonsama Multiverse Portal (formerly Bridge) technology, the Moonsama's skins and Minecraft. Everything at the same time in Chaos, our 24/7 testing server.
People were playing and fighting each other, in a healthy way of course. We all made sure of that. As PvP is a really funny component on gaming and people liked it, some decided to open a semi-secret Fight Club and then it evolved into a whole event, the first Moonsama's Community Event.
This one has no complex PvP, the focus is not on Minecraft Players, rather on Moonsamas. That's why it consists on a little and simple ring, where we have to go "naked", without weapons, as that famous film.
"First rule of Moonsama's Fight Club... Get all their $MOVR"
We will leave some pictures and tweets, as our community is part of our history. So u can feel a bit of everything of what we all lived!
There were 32 fighters and the winner got the 1st MFC Champion Belt as NFT + 10 MOVR (~$3,500 back then).

Moonsama Horse Battle Race
Trailer
The community loved last event and wanted more! So in a few days another one started to get organized and built. This time more people joined forces to make this event be awesome.
Horse Battle Race took whole 2-3 weeks and much more work and preparation. They wanted it to be epic, unforgetable. Days were spent breeding horses, organizing, building a huge horse track with different styles and details, which fitted together really well together.
The result was a huge horse race track and a massive event where more than 120 people signed up. They wanted to keep Moonsama's relationship with RMRK and whole Kusama ecosystem growing up, so one team member gave them one NFT creation from a top RMRK artist as the first prize with a floor around 9 KSM (~$3,000 back then). Also, more prizes were given to everyone in the top 8.
The day of the event more than 180 people showed up and we streamed it on Twitch, where more than 200 viewers stayed for a few hours, even non-Minecraft players. Looks like they achieved their goal!
The game consisted on 8 players per round, each was given a very fast horse, breeded manually, and they had to run to get into the top 4 to continue in the next round.
Here there are some cool pictures:
Defend the Castle
These community members rested a little and then went back to work. This time they wanted to make an event focused on teams, to encourage building the relationships within the community.
The other events mechanics were more easy and played as a "single-player", so there was a slight big change. Random squads were made and then adjusted, this way everything was fair and so, more fun!
They tried to connect a bit more the experienced players with "filthies", as the community call themselves as a kind-friendly joke... "Hey Filthy!" Here is a nice clip of the event:
Voxelle (Core Team) and Lokito co-designed and auctioned this NFT on RMRK. All proceeds were destined for prizes.
How is the event? 4 teams are made. Players are given 1 base, some resources, food, tools and weapons for the battle. They suggest to hide team's bed at a safe location and, also, adding extra protection to the base.
What is the goal? U guessed it! Destroy the opponents' bed and eliminate the opposing team. Participants spawn until their team's bed is broken.
The event was a success and looks like participants had fun, this event was done 2 days. He are some pictures!
